Sincerely, it was a wonderful stay in our vacation. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, it was exceptionally clean and huge.

The room was good sized with balcony, with essentials required. The services were great, offered delicious meals and spa lounge, had a really really nice stay. The pool was nice.

There were significant issues that overshadowed my experience. My room had a continuous noise problem early in the morning, which disrupted my sleep. The bathroom had maintenance issues, including a dripping shower pipe, made it uncomfortable to use. The breakfast setup was chaotic and disorganized, with staff appearing stressed and unprepared, affecting the overall dining experience.

The rooftop pool had fine views, and breakfast was a treat-especially the local dishes. The staff surprised us with a birthday cake for my boyfriend.

The staff were attentive, always ready with a smile and assistance, which really enhanced our stay.

The bed in the Superior Double Room was quite firm, which may not be comfortable for everyone.

Some taxis are hesitant to navigate the narrow back street!!! Improving accessibility for rideshare services would enhance convenience!!! Minor maintenance issues could benefit from attention for a smoother stay experience!!!

Plus, the staff were friendly and were pretty good too provide excellent service, arranged a fun day tour for us.

The staff were very attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The bed in my room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the fine city view from my balcony in the Beautiful Double or Twin Room.

Some guests were quite loud at night, which affected the overall tranquility.

The Superior Double Room was spacious and included great amenities like air conditioning, a tv, and a mini-bar. The rooftop pool was a perfect way to unwind with fine views. I loved the the hairdryer, free toiletries, and the private bathroom. Reception was super helpful with early check-in!

Breakfast was satisfying but could have been better organized at peak times.

This place is modern and relaxing, and the service here is amazing.
